Book Release Guitar!

I have undertaken to complete a guitar to be debuted at my book release party. This guitar will be a white telecaster with gold hardware and a gold mirror pickguard. Bling! Yesterday I spent an hour crowning the frets, though I am not so sure I did a good job. Maybe they need to be revisited… by a pro.

Still, I have been noodling around with this companion to the gold funk stratocaster for a freakin’ year, so it’s time to finish it out. I have an urge to build another Tele Custom (a la Keith Richards) but I have succeeded in resisting that urge thus far.
