The third Bloody draft is done!
I worked my little fingers to the bone on this puppy. Happily, the later chapters needed much less massaging. I am looking forward to a few more critiques, which I’ll use for a final editing pass, then this sucker (The Blood Baths, that is) is DONE.
In other writing news, Sou MacMillan has ruthlessly split up Shocklogic in the latest chapter of her book, which means no more cameos for me, unless I appear in a dream sequence or a dramatic rescue attempt from an overlong International Socialist Organization meeting. Alas, my glorious appearance was all too brief. Write to her and demand a spinoff novel about the crappy band attempts that followed.
